Madonie Mountains can offer some very beautiful trekking. Great walks into the nature. Most of the time the Path are not well indicated cause Sicilian "ranger" are a bit lazy and they don't do their job so well!...Anyway the trek can be even more exciting cause you'll have to discover the place by yourself. That's the reason we want to help you to discover these great places providing you Maps and Gps waypoints ;o) We are trying to do FOR FREE what our "Ranger" should do.
How to get the Giorgio Trek 1
By Car: Take the motorway -Palermo Catania. Exit Scillato - Then take the Collesano Direction. After a few miles you'll get the SP 9 Bis. Collesano Direction again and then exit at Cammisini Borgo A (Gps waypoint: N37 53 27.4 E13 54 42.2) . Drive around 1 mile to to Mountain and park your Car: Parking Gps Waypoint N37 53 30.1 E13 55 32.2
