...Scalinata dei Turchi is a FANTASTIC Place not far from Palermo. 1hour 50 minutes from. If you wish a Fantastic Beach, almost desert even in August...That's the Place!!!
4 Kilometers from Agrigento, in Porto Empedocle. After 40 minutes of Trekking you'll feel like Robinson Crusoe! ;o)...Even the mobile phones don'e work!

La "Scala dei Turchi" is made even more beautiful by the warm light of the deepest south.. It seems that the name "Turkish Steps" derives from the incursions of the Saracens pirates who found landing places for their attacks in these little inlets.
