CEFALU':(Easy Day Trip from Palermo):50 minutes by train: Walking in Cefalù is a very beautiful Experience...It's a very nice Town....Fantastic Sea in Cefalu and few Kilometers outside the town...in Pollina(with the Black Sand Beach) or Mazzaforno Beach....You can enjoy the Art and the Nature at the same time!

It's worth visiting the Duomo of Cefalù. Roger II founded it in 1131 AD. Museo Mandralisca, the old Arabic Lavatoio (a wash-house at the bottom of a curving staircase), the Rocca (pity that Mayor of Cefalù since 2006 decided to get a 3€ fee to hike there!!!) and the long sandy beach.
