Very nice trekking. Not far from Palermo (Around 20 Km away from Palermo) 
Take the Palermo - Sciacca Road.1st Exit (Altofonte Piana degli Albanesi) Just 2 Km before Piana degli Albanesi you'll see a Restaurant la Montagnola - The entrance is just in front. 
 
Piana degli Albanesi is also a nice village, with an important and very old Albanian Community. After 600 years they continue to speak Greek. In Piana degli Albanesi you can taste the wonderful Cannoli!!
