HOW TO GET THERE: From Palermo it takes 1 hour 10 minutes  by car. Take the motorway Palermo - Trapani. Exit: Castellammare  Then Follow the direction to Trapani. then follow SCOPELLO (before Trapani), then Follow Custonaci and then Scurati. When you arrive to Scurati follow the direction of the Grotta Mangiapane and 1 Km after park your car. 
 
About this trekking - This is beautiful trekking with a fantastic Panorama and if you do it during the summer you can also swim after ;o) There is a bit of climbing if you want to get the top 
 
The panorama is Fantastic!!  
 
We made this trekking on 22 August 2010 so it was hot. For this reason we decided to start at 7.15 a.m. and in 1 hour 55 minutes we got the top. At the departure the temperature was 25 C°. When we got back the temperature was 34 C°!!
